I’m Dorota, a holistic therapist based in the beautiful city of Bath, and I specialize in reflexology that supports women’s health – especially when it comes to hormonal balance. Whether you're navigating your cycle, approaching menopause, or dealing with things like PCOS or stress-induced imbalances, reflexology can gently help your body find its rhythm again.


So, how does reflexology help?

Reflexology works by applying gentle pressure to specific points on your feet that correspond with organs, glands, and systems in the body – including your reproductive and endocrine systems. It’s a deeply relaxing treatment that encourages your body to re-balance naturally, without harsh interventions.

During our sessions, I tailor the treatment based on where you're at in your journey – whether you're trying to regulate your cycle, support fertility, ease menopause symptoms, or simply reduce stress (which plays a huge part in hormone disruption, by the way).
